The design of the retreat, created through close collaboration with the thoughtful clients, reflects this transformative journey. The home is designed for versatility, allowing for various scenarios of use—whether it’s a space for quiet reflection, gathering with loved ones, or immersing in the evolving beauty of the landscape. The connection to the outdoors is paramount, with expansive views and a seamless integration with the surrounding nature, symbolizing the ongoing rebirth of the land and the enduring spirit of our client collaborators.

The apartments offer a range of spacious floor plans with high-end finishes, including gourmet kitchens, large windows for ample natural light, and private balconies or patios. The amenity spaces at Hiro Apartments include a serene Japanese tea room, designed to provide a peaceful retreat where residents can enjoy traditional tea ceremonies and quiet reflection. Additionally, the community boasts a high-fidelity (hi-fi) audio room equipped with state-of-the-art sound systems, perfect for audiophiles to enjoy high-quality music experiences.

Expansive windows and spacious decks perfectly frame the lush vineyards and rolling hills in the distance, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The design also features a luxurious swimming pool and various seating areas, strategically positioned to capture stunning sunsets throughout the year. The communal space at Kensington Place; The Guild, embodies the harmony of the Arts & Crafts movement with contemporary functionality. This area features custom-crafted furniture, such as a bespoke desk by Piet Hein Eek, designed from reclaimed materials. A cozy reading nook invites relaxation, surrounded by abundant greenery that enhances the tranquil atmosphere. Thoughtfully selected details, including a hand-woven barn door to conceal the TV, a custom Turkish rug, showcase a dedication to craftsmanship. The space fosters connection, offering a blend of traditional elegance and modern comfort.

As a part of the re-branding of Juniper Networks, we worked with the architects to redesign the Executive Briefing Center of their new building. The emphasis of the project was a rethink of the visitor experience and how best to express the values of the brand.
